Dealing with Collection Agencies

Dealing with debt collection agencies is much easier than dealing with creditors or credit bureaus. There is one major reason why that is, because they do not have a contract for your debt and they cannot prove it, which is what the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act requires. It is very easy to prove they are in violation of the FDCPA.

Removing debt collectors from your credit are by far the easiest negative items to remove. All you have to do is send dispute letters to the collection agencies directly and watch them disapper from your credit report. Take these simple steps.

  • Choose one of our Letters (Retype or Copy and Paste the Letters).
  • Get the Letter notarized.
  • Send the Letter certified to the debt collection company.
