Know how consist of three things. They are knowledge, wisdom and understanding​ We all have only so much knowledge, wisdom and understanding. In other words, we all have only so much know how. Partnering with others helps us in two major ways when it comes to know how.

• Partnership reduces the need to know some things, because could be the other partners need to know.
• Partnering with others increases know how as we learn from others.

There a four important facts for you to consider as you determine your need for the utilization of partnerships.  

1. We all know much less than what we don’t know. The things we don’t know how to do well far outweigh the things we do know how to do well.
2. We only have a few natural talents and lack many. 
3. We may not even have critical skills needed for our success.
4. We can only develop so many skills.
