What is effective communication?

   Communication is the exchange or passing on of information between individuals through words. To be an effective communicator one has to be good listener and a patient speaker. Effective means having an intended effect. To have effective communication, it is to communicate with an intended effective. 

Communication

  A process by which information is exchange through a common way. Communication is expressed through words, facial expressions and body language.

Manipulation

   The essence of manipulation is to gain control of someone or something. Fear is the major tool of manipulation. 

Influence

   The power to effect a person’s actions or decisions. It is also the ability to persuade others. 

Effective Communication

   The goal of effective communication is to influence other people to do what is in their best interest. Learning to communicate effectively is essential to become successful. The goal of mastering effective communication is to become a great influencer without being a manipulator.
